Welcome to Boston Architects! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Boston Architects website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account, posting a listing, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, whether you are a "Visitor" (meaning you simply browse the website) or a "User" (meaning you have registered an account with Boston Architects).

Boston Architects provides an online platform that connects clients seeking architectural services with architectural practices and professionals ("Architects"). The Service includes, but is not limited to, architect listings, portfolio showcases, and communication tools.

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. Boston Architects cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Architect Listings and Content

5.1 Responsibility for Content

Architects are solely responsible for the content they post on their listings, including text, images, and other materials. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the content you submit.

5.2 Content Guidelines

All content must comply with our content guidelines (which may be updated from time to time) and must not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.

5.3 Review and Removal

Boston Architects reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review, monitor, or remove any content at its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Boston Architects or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Boston Architects or third-party trademarks.

Boston Architects DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Boston Architects, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Boston Architects and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms; or c) content posted on the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts/USA], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
